  • How do I care for my new jewelry?
With proper care your Rito Originals purchase can last a lifetime.  We suggest avoiding any kind of harsh cleaners or chlorinated pools.  To clean your new piece, use a mild soap and a soft bristle brush like an unused toothbrush to clean dirt and oils off you piece.  A simple jewelry polishing cloth will help bring your piece back to a high shine.     
  • What ring size should I get?
Please do not guess your ring size or try using a piece of string.  For the most accurate size you can go to any jewelry counter and ask for a measurement.  We also sell reusable ring sizers if needed.    
  • Do you take custom orders?

Yes, we would love to make you a custom item.  You can use our Contact Form or email us at CustomerService@RitoOriginals.com with details on what you are looking for.  

  • How long will it take for me to receive my order?
It currently takes us 3-5 business days to fabricate our jewelry.  Each piece is handcrafted in our studio.  From there shipping times vary based on the shipping option you choose at checkout.     
  • How do I track/check the status of my order?
You will receive a confirmation email when you have placed your order and then a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.  You can also find this information when logged into your account if you choose to sign up for one.
